Like the title says, I am participating in an American Heart Association Heart Walk in Grand Rapids, MI this September. My employer, Oliver-Tolas, has been putting together teams for the walk & I will be on the CardiO-Trekkers. I was asked to join a Heart Walk team and it sounded like a lot of fun! I have not done an event like this before but the feeling of doing something for a good cause like this was something I really wanted to try.
This heart walk is for helping to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke by participating in the American Heart Association’s Start! Heart Walk. Please support this cause by making a donation that will help provide research and education to stop our No. 1 and No. 3 killers.

I want to give everyone a chance to donate as well, even if it is simply a dollar or two. Below you will see my Paypal account for those that wish to donate a smaller amount. I know there is no way for you to know that a Paypal donation would not just end up in my own pocket but those of you that know me know that I would not do that and if you don’t trust I would not forward the Paypal donation to the AHA then do not donate. Simple as that
