may Booth recover & Richards get suspended

Mike Richards DESTROYS David Booth. Watch the slow-mo replays at about 1.15, they just make me cringe, if the check to the head didn’t knock him out I’m pretty sure the ice finished the job. I hope Richards gets a hefty suspension, the NHL needs to enforce more severe penalties for head checks. [HockeyWebCast]

The Detroit Red Wings welcomed Jason Williams back into the fold on Thursday, signing the forward to a one-year deal.
